Description Comprehensive implementation of the HVAC system at the Ternium Industrial Center. The project included detailed engineering, equipment supply, ductwork fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning, meeting ASHRAE and ISO standards as well as requirements for LEED Silver certification. A complete, safe, and fully operational turnkey system was delivered

Description Air-conditioning system renovation project at two Bendix production plants, replacing R22 split units with 27 package units of 50 TR each, reaching a total of 1,350 TR of installed cooling capacity. A thermal load study was conducted to determine optimal capacities, energy consumption, savings, and carbon footprint reduction. This modernization is part of Bendix’s decarbonization program, aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing refrigerant leaks, and significantly lowering its environmental footprint
